Our client, an insurance broker company has currently an opening position for an experienced:





SALES DIRECTOR



Job summary:

As a sales director your mission will be to create and to deliver sales strategy for the company. You will develop markets and strengthen the company`s position as a leader in the industry. You will play a critical role in developing future growth, providing vision, direction and leadership for the team.



Key responsibilities:



• Define strong action plans to achieve sales objectives

• Achieve target for revenue, profitability and sales growth

• Engage in prospecting and networking activities to increase business development

• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and driving a winning sales team

• Lead daily sales team meeting and execute daily sales strategy

• Continuously review performance of the team and provide feedback to trainer

• Report directly to the General Manager



Requirements:



• Bachelor`s degree

• Fluent in English

• Previous sales management experience within insurance industry

• In depth knowledge of the insurance market in Serbia , insurance products and competitors

• A comprehensive knowledge of all insurance products (Life and non Life)

• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales objectives

• First class communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team

• Results oriented professional with high level of initiative

• A strong desire to be in sales environment
