TRAINING SPECIALIST IN INSURANCE SECTOR





Job description:



Your mission will be to conduct and to supervise Sales training programs for Insurance products that support business needs. You will evaluate employees’ current level of knowledge and skills, identify skill gaps and assess training needs. Your background includes understanding of Sales training & Team management with demonstrated success of driving sales growth.



Requirements:



• Bachelor`s degree

• Fluent in English

• Proven experience in delivering training programs

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking

• Presentation skills

• Ability to motivate others to perform on their best

• A winning and positive attitude

• Creativity and the ability to improvise and make things happen



You are a highly gifted Training professional in sales with over 3 years of experience, you have a high level of knowledge about products in insurance industry, you enjoy teaching and helping others, this position may be right for you!
