Head of Legal Department


Job description:

Reporting to the Board of Directors, as Head of Legal department, your mission will be to lead department`s activities in handling all legal matters of the bank`s operations, both banking and non banking activities and ensuring the full coverage of the bank from any potential legal risks. The role will involve also the co-ordination and the management of the in house legal team.

Profile:

• Degree in Law
• Bar exam will be a plus
• Min 3 years of proven work experience in similar position
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of business processes in a bank
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Proactive, initiative and goal oriented
